Minecraft Education

Minecraft Education is the educational version of the world's most popular game. Through a game-based environment, students study subjects such as Mathematics, History, Physics, Programming and more. Students are attracted to the colorful and creative environment of Minecraft Education, where with a few and simple rules they can build safe spaces and navigate safely, encouraging exploration and risk-taking. They experience the adventure and freedom of discovery.
As part of the “My Sustainable City and Landmarks” project, students, under the guidance of their teachers, using the classroom mode for teamwork in Minecraft Education, will capture landmarks in their city, such as historical buildings, monasteries, churches or modern structures, such as commercial buildings. They will then suggest ways in which these buildings could be made more sustainable, utilizing green energy sources.
