Growth Mindset Education

The program “Growth Mindset Education” aims to foster a growth mindset in elementary school children, helping them understand the importance of effort, perseverance and accepting failure as part of the learning process. Through activities and educational games, children learn to develop skills that enhance their academic and personal development, while being encouraged to accept challenges and continue their efforts, even when they encounter obstacles.

Learning objectives

1.Development of a Growth Mindset: To help children understand that their ability to learn and grow is something that depends on hard work, perseverance, and effort.
2.Accepting Failure: To teach children to see failure as a learning opportunity and to develop resilience.
3.Cultivating Perseverance and Strategy: To understand the importance of continuous effort and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
4.Goal and Self-Esteem Development: To teach children to set goals, work towards achieving them and strengthen their self-esteem.
