Human Performance Lab

The Human Performance Lab is an innovative experiential program that strengthens children's personal and social skills through the arts, theater and public speaking. Through creative activities, children learn to listen actively, express their ideas and feelings confidently, and take initiatives. At the same time, they cultivate respect for the different opinions and needs of others, while improving their communication skills and ability to collaborate. Through movement, imagination and emotional expression, children deepen their learning and personal development, while gaining confidence to express themselves publicly with clarity and persuasion.

Learning objectives

1. Students should understand the basic principles of effective communication and public speaking.
2. To learn and apply active listening and non-verbal communication techniques.
3. Recognize the importance of empathy in communication and collaboration.
4. Learn how emotional context influences decision-making and conflict management.
5. To become familiar with basic concepts of behavioral psychology and emotional intelligence.
6. To understand the dynamics of teamwork and the roles they assume in a collective context.
